Lawrence Mitchell has been working and restoring antiques for the past 17 years. He predominantly restores antiques but does restore more modern items as well.
He has extensive experience in altering old furniture to suit modern living needs, i.e. conversions to t.v. cabinets, extending old beds to suit modern mattress sizes and turning wardrobes into display cabinets.
He also does custom made and duplicate furniture in solid timber such as tables, bookcases, cupboards, chests of drawers and chairs.
Collection and delivery can be arranged, all items are fully insured both in transit and in the workshop and Lawrence takes great care with customers treasured items
whether they be family air looms, personal pieces or have sentimental
value.
